Description
A-99 is the 9th entity that can be encountered in the A-Section. A-99 is a deceptive type of entity that uses cuteness to lure players closer to it, it is also a stationary monster.
A-99's spawn sound is a loud bubble sound, and its ambience is long, high-pitch whispers and it has what sounds like Tropical/Paradise music that can be heard if you get close to the entity.
A-99 will spawn while coming out of a portal and stay stationary near the latest door in the room. A-99 will try to act cute and innocent to lure players closer to the entity or think that the entity is peaceful, or passive. If a player gets too close it will attack whoever gets inside its light. A-99 will despawn after a few seconds.
If A-99 spawns near A-280, A-780, or a triggered FALSE-99, it will change to its terrified face, jump, and run away through a few previous rooms before randomly despawning.
Appearance
A-99 appears to have 2 orb-like eyes and a V-shaped mouth. The entity has a small green glow that illuminates the close surroundings.
A-99's jumpscare form noticeably has a large mouth full of sharp teeth and 2 of its orb-like eyes that have what appears to be green tears flooding down from the eyes.
A-99's terrified face appears the same, but its eyes are all green with tears and a frowning V-shaped mouth.
Strategy & Tips
- To evade an A-99 attack, either walk around the entity or wait for it to despawn.
- A-99's light is (near) the same size as its hitbox so try to stay out of its light.

- A-99 appeared on the game's old icon.
- A-99 has an official t-shirt on ROBLOX which can be bought here.
- A-99 also has its own official roleplay game called A-99 Roleplay.
- A-99 has a nickname like most of the entities with it being "The Innocent Peerer" which was named by WhyEeeee.
- A-99 is scared of A-280, A-780, and a triggered FALSE-99. (Both a canon/lore thing and in-game mechanic.)
- A-99 is scared of A-280 because A-280 has bad intentions with A-99.
- A-99 is scared of A-780 because of its scary appearance although A-780 is friendly to A-99 and never did anything wrong. A-780 even tried to be friends with A-99 3 times already but A-99 rejected it every time because A-780 was too scary.
- A-99 is scared of a triggered FALSE-99 most likely because of its scary triggered appearance.

- A-99 is friends with A-115 and A-180, according to SCPSARECOOL.
- A-99 and almost all of its (Official) variants are male, except for HL-99 who is female and FALSE-99 who doesn't have a gender, according to SCPSARECOOL.
- This means that A-99 being a female is not canon.
- A-99 and all of its variants actually have the ability to sneeze even though they have no visible nose. (Not an in-game mechanic just a canon/lore thing.)
- A-99 tastes like green apples.
- A-99, X-99, and Z-99 are afraid of heights. (Acrophobia)
- A-99 also has phasmophobia, except for every other A-99 variant. (The fear of ghosts)
- A-99 would possibly get scared of A-540 for being a ghost.
- A-99 is 17 years old, according to SCPSARECOOL, meaning he was born in 2007.
- A-99 doesn't transform into its X alt or other variants, every single A-99 variant is its own separate entity in A-99's family.
